Subash Gaitonde - President

Subash Gaitonde founded CMC in Dallas in 1990 after working 12 years for Vantage Companies. Subash has specialized his career in build-to-suit corporate development. Having built buildings across the country for major users such as Graebel, Sherwin Williams, CIGNA and KCI, he has 40 years of experience in the commercial real estate business. Subash has experience with every product type including Office, Industrial, Retail, Data Center and Multi Family. He is a graduate of University of Washington with a Masters Degree in Architecture.

Steve Huff - Senior Vice President

Steve joined CMC in 1998 and has overseen the leasing and construction management of over 10 million square feet. Steve has worked on leasing and CM for project types ranging from 5,000 square foot interior finish outs to 300,000 sf office build-to-suits. Steve’s unique combination of construction management and leasing expertise has been instrumental in delivering on-schedule and on-budget. Steve has 30 years of experience in construction and brokerage. He has a BS in Building Construction from Texas A&M University and is a licensed Real Estate Broker.

Salil Gaitonde - Vice President/Project Manager

Salil Gaitonde graduated from the University of Texas at Austin and began his career in Commercial Real Estate at CMC in 2003. He is responsible for pre-development activities, marketing and project management. Salil has worked on several major projects from inception through disposition while at CMC including industrial/office build-to-suits and retail. Salil also functions as asset manager for any projects CMC elects to hold in its own portfolio of real estate. Salil is an active member of TREC, NAIOP and Communities In School. He is also an alumni of the prestigious TREC Associate Leadership Council and as a youth, he achieved the rank of Eagle Scout.

Clint McCullah - Vice President /Business Development

Clint is responsible for Business Development, Marketing and Pre-Development Services at CMC. He is the initial channel of communication to investors, users and the brokerage community which helps promote the future growth of CMC. Prior to joining CMC, Clint worked with HM/MLM Architects as Vice President. Through this experience he gained valuable knowledge in office, industrial and aviation facilities. Clint is an active TREC member and completed the Associate Leadership Council program in 1999. He is a graduate of SMU with a BA in Finance and also has an MBA from the University of Dallas.

Kris Kashata - Vice President/Multifamily Development

With over 15 years of experience in ground-up Apartment development, Kris Kashata oversees the Multifamily projects for CMC. Mr. Kashata has developed 6,500 units while at his former employers, Duke Companies and Verde Apartment Communities. Kris has extensive experience in every facet of Multifamily including site selection, acquisition, the entitlement process, pre-development, construction and asset management At Verde, he was Operating Committee Member, VP and Senior Development Officer responsible for the DFW and Austin markets for garden-style product, as well as Senior Development Officer of high-density product in all Texas markets. Over his career, Kris has been involved in the development/ construction of projects with a basis of over $390,000,000 and average project cost of $21,000,000. Kris graduated with a BA from UT Dallas.

June Baker - Administrative Assistant

June is behind-the-scenes, keeping CMC running smoothly day-to-day. In addition, she is the pleasant and cheerful voice that greets you when you call CMC. June has been involved in the Commercial Real Estate industry for over 25 years. She started with Vantage Companies in 1984 and this is where she met Subash Gaitonde. June joined CMC in 1992 and has been a critical member of the team ever since.
