The Business Challenge
The Lakepointe project originally started as a search on behalf of a group of foreign investors looking for an in-fill real estate opportunity.  The Lewisville submarket offered broad appeal for the development of an office/tech and flex project.

The buildings were begun as a spec project but before construction started, the tech building was 100% pre-leased, and the office building was 50% pre-leased.

An added challenge during construction occurred when a client approached CMC for leasing the space, but wanted a major increase in parking spaces.  Midstream in the project, a new parking garage was designed and constructed to accommodate the needs of the tenant.

CMC also coordinated all leasing of the project.
