The Business Challenge
University Park is a 50 acre parcel of land located at the northwestern quadrant of San Antonio near I-10 and De Zavala Road.  In 1997, while looking for sites to build a tech building, CMC came across this raw land that could have been developed into a tech park.

By hiring a team of architects and a civil engineer, CMC designed and constructed the roads and utilities and converted the raw land into saleable plated lots for future buildings.  Remarkably, CMC themselves bought all the available lots during the next 5 years and built 6 tech buildings with a total square footage of over 500,000 square feet.
